This strong foundation in international trade and regulatory compliance remains the backbone of our operations today.
- 2013 – DutchRedWorms.com We launched a premium angling bait line, specializing in Fresh European Nightcrawlers (Dendrobaena veneta / Eisenia hortensis). Catering to demanding anglers taught us the vital importance of freshness, vitality, and strict quality control.
- 2015 – DutchMealworms.com Responding to market demand for premium live food, we expanded into exporting high-quality live feeder insects and raw whole prey for birds of prey, reptiles, and amphibians.
- Present Day – GARDENFEAST New EU regulations and a shift toward mass retailers and consumer-friendly packaging (200g) have reshaped the mealworm market. We have strategically stepped into this gap as a specialized European wholesaler, introducing a fresh, compliant standard in the large-scale distribution of dried mealworms and PAPs. We combine this with our deep insect expertise by launching our premium private label, GARDENFEAST, helping retailers fully capitalize on this new market potential.
